Hi everyone,
I’m excited to finally share some big news with you…
PARTY TIME — the new album from Rob Dehlinger & His Alpha Rhythm Kings — arrives this Friday, September 25!
This one has been a long time coming, and I’m especially excited for you to hear it.
11 tracks. Five originals. Swing, jump blues, boogie, blues—and a whole lot of fun.
We’ve taken some great songs and given them our own treatment, including Prince’s “Party Man,” which we turned into a roaring swing number, and “La Vie En Rose,” reinvented as a danceable swing tune. And there are plenty of originals, including “The Copycats,” “Scatterbrain,” “The Evil of the Thriller,” and “That Classic Sound.”
The album is really about what we love to do: keeping that timeless sound alive, making it our own, and creating music that makes you want to get up and move.
I’m incredibly proud of this record and of the amazing musicians who helped bring it to life.
